He reached the final defeating Nikolay Davydenko 7-6 (7-3), 6-4. Robin Soderling won the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament 2010 Men's Singles title defeating Mikhail Youzhny 6-4, 2-0 retired. Soderling defeated Sergiy Stakhovsky 6-7 (5-7), 6-3, 6-4 in the second round. In the quarterfinals, Robin Soderling lost to Michael Llodra 6-7 (2-7), 4-6.
