Ivo Karlovic defeats Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in Wimbledon 2009 Third Round

In another upset at the 2009 Wimbledon, Croatian Ivo Karlovic defeated 9th seed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the third round. Karlovic hit 46 aces to win the match 7-6(5), 6-7(5), 7-5, 7-6(5). Karlovic who never faced a breakpoint in the match is the tour leader in aces this year.

Karlovic will play seventh seed Fernando Verdasco of Spain in the fourth round for a place in the quarterfinals.
