Radek Stepanek defeated David Ferrer in the third round of 2009 Wimbledon. The Czech player played a tough third round match against Ferrer and won the match in 5 sets to reach the fourth round where he will meet Australian Lleyton Hewitt. Hewitt was the 2002 champion at the 2002 Wimbledon and was a former World No. 1 player. Hewitt who hasn't dropped a set in the tournamet so far beat Philipp Petzschner 7-5, 7-6(3), 6-3 in his third round match.
