World No. 3 Andy Murray reached his Wimbledon first semi-final defeating Juan Carlos Ferrero 7-5, 6-3, 6-2. The British No. 1 dominated the serve the first set, but was broken early in the second set. However, Murray raised his game and won 5 games in a row to win the second set. The final set was much easier for the Scott as he won it 6-2.

Andy Murray will play Andy Roddick for a place in the final. Andy Roddick defeated Lleyton Hewitt in a 5 set thriller 6-3, 6-7 (10-12), 7-6 (7-1), 4-6, 6-4 that lasted 3 hours and 50 minutes.
